In today’s story we see just how enraged Jesus’ hometown crowd became when he told stories of God’s power shown to “outsiders.” Today we consider that there is enough love in God’s heart for all people–the one’s who have deep roots in faith and those who have never had faith. When we understand that God’s love multiplies and expands, we are able to stop raging about the idea that there is not enough for everyone.
