On the 1st Sunday after Epiphany, we turn to the baptism of Jesus and consider what his baptism meant. We also consider our own baptism and what it was like to be renewed in the waters. This renewal is with us every day that we live as we try to walk in God’s ways. Today’s message

On this New Year’s Day, we also celebrate Epiphany and hear again the story of God made manifest in the Christ Child to the Magi. We hear again of God’s radical inclusivity, which often surprises and confounds us. We also receive “star words” or “star gifts:”

On this Christmas Sunday we hear the words of John’s Gospel and consider how God comes to dwell with us. We are reminded that, in addition to glorious celebrations and holidays, God dwells with us in the mundane, everyday stuff of life. We don’t have to look far to find God.
