As we enter into the season of Stewardship we turn to the first creation story in Genesis and consider that above the many wonderful lessons of that story is this: God is a creative and giving God. We pledge to take time to consider that we are called to be givers and not takers in this world and to consider how we might live in such a way as faithful followers of Christ.
