On this Pentecost Sunday we remember the power of God’s Spirit in wind and flame. It is a power that fills the entire house where the disciples gathered. It is the power of God’s Spirit to fill our houses–the houses of our bodies, our homes, our places of work and recreation and our churches. We lean on God’s Spirit to mend the brokenness of Church so that we might be God’s light to the world.
