I really appreciated this piece from Jim Wallis of Sojourners because I think it exposes the tension we are living with as Christians who are called to pray for our enemies and love our neighbors (including the ones we don’t like) and who at the same time feel the desire for retributive justice in the face of such threats like ISIS.
