On this first Sunday of Lent we hear again the story of Jesus wandering in the wilderness, where he fasted and faced temptation. We consider what it means to full and empty and how God’s Spirit accompanies us through both seasons to strengthen us and help us on our way. In the days where many feel depleted and tired, we pray for God’s Spirit to accompany us and lift us on our way.
