How do we find balance as we walk this road? In today’s story, the walk to Emmaus, we learn of the different inputs (information and sacramental act) that ultimately helps the disciples recognize Jesus with them. This recognition helps them, and us, to know of Jesus’ presence always with us and to find balance and peace.
