What does it mean to be a person of faith?

After relaying the Parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus asks the lawyer which of the three was a neighbor to the man lying in the road. Which one was really a neighbor when that man needed a neighbor? The lawyer responded: “The one who showed mercy.” And Jesus says: “Go and do likewise.”  

No matter our age or our ability, we all have the power to see others and to show mercy to them.
