In the face of whatever struggles you face, you have a choice: to shrink into your individual life and your seeming smallness, or to connect with others, with God.

Psalm 30 reminds us that praise is a choice. In good times it comes easy, in trying times perhaps less so, but it’s a choice to invite God into your struggles as well as your joy.
